mitts thick enough to keep out the chill of autumn in Oregon….
long enough to keep your knuckles warm on a rainy bike ride….
and cool enough for an adult to wear in public….
the skull biking mitts!

These mitts were designed to fit the average men’s wrist and hand, and could easily be sized down by using smaller needles for a woman. (Feel free to insert your own chart in place of the skull if you are feeling creative!)

The thumb gusset is inserted as you seam up the inner edge of the mitts. It was an experiment in construction and I’m very pleased with the results. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions about it, or have any difficulties.
